TheSC200/200building hoist is manufactured by the Company by adopting the most advanced transmission form. It is equipped with the patented transmission product manufactured by Zhejiang Jinxin Transmission Control Co., Ltd.. With Siemens technology, the transmission product is composed of a motor, an electromagnetic brake, and a pinion box and it has changed the worm and pinion transmission mode that has been applied in hoists for many years. The reduction pinion box is characterized by high energy efficiency, energy saving, excellent durability, stable operation and low noise.One type of motor applied is counterweight-free twin-drive motor. The single-cage counterweight-free motor has a power of 22KW, and the whole power is 44KW, 22KW less than that of traditional worm and pinion triple-drive motor. Therefore, the motor is highly efficient and energy-saving. With a variable frequency speed control mechanism, the drive unit may effectively improve the balance of starting and braking as well as the work efficiency.
The lifting speed can be easily controlled. The drive unit is also characterized by starting current less than the rated current, less mechanical wear,
longer service life wearing parts, and remarkable energy-saving effect.
